The GCC Financial Markets & Treasury Awards 2026, organised by the UAE Financial Markets Association (UAE FMA), celebrate excellence, innovation, leadership and outstanding contribution across the GCC financial markets and treasury industry.

Held as part of the 6th GCC Financial Markets & Treasury Conference, the awards bring recognition to organisations demonstrating exceptional performance and impact across financial institutions, banking, brokerage, treasury technology, FinTech and the wider financial ecosystem.

The awards feature multiple categories across three key sectors:

Financial Institutions & Banking — recognising excellence across treasury, FX, liquidity, research, primary dealing, market making and other areas of banking and financial markets.

Financial Brokerage & Inter-Dealer Intermediaries — recognising leading performance across brokerage, inter-dealer activity, electronic trading, fixed income and client service.

Treasury Technology, FinTech & Ecosystem — recognising innovation in treasury technology, automation, analytics, AI, digital FX, blockchain, global markets and financial solutions.

Organisations can nominate themselves for one or multiple relevant categories, provided they meet the applicable eligibility requirements. Each category nomination is assessed independently by the Judging Panel, giving organisations the opportunity to showcase different areas of achievement and receive recognition for their specific strengths.

The awards follow a structured, evidence-based judging framework covering quantitative performance and growth, innovation and solution design, operational execution and compliance, FX Global Code commitment and implementation where applicable, and market impact and industry leadership.

The Awards Gala Ceremony will take place on 20 November 2026 in Dubai as part of the GCC FMT Gala Dinner.
