To achieve FX revenue by advising clients on FX solutions. Work closely with RMs across segments and branches, train them and assist them in qualifying clients and managing FX relationships with clients. Understand client needs, structure the most appropriate solution and ensure the execution of the solution.


  1. Achieve FX revenue of the department from FX spot and forwards.
  2. Have a thorough conceptual knowledge of Foreign Exchange spot and derivative businesses like Forwards, Participatory Forwards, Flexible Forwards and Target Redemption Forwards. Also, have thorough understanding of global capital markets and macroeconomic developments that impact FX markets.
  3. Manage relationships with FX clients, understand their evolving needs on FX, create relevant solutions and advise the clients on the benefits and risks of these structures.
  4. Ensure client suitability, KYC and right fitment of products while balancing between client interests and bank profitability.
  5. Manage relationships with internal distribution channels, branches, segments and RMs across segments to identify potential clients and conduct regular client meetings.
  6. Cross-sell other Treasury and Asset Management products to the base of FX clients.
  7. Ensure all client transactions are hedged with the relevant execution desk immediately.
  8. Maintain data and P&L on business across various offerings in treasury and asset management.
  9. Deliver training programs for FX related products to increase general awareness of solutions among RMs across distribution channels in order to increase client penetration.
  10. Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits, compliance, KYC, etc. requirements.


NATIONALITY: UAE national with Family Book

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate, preferably a finance discipline.

EXPERIENCE: 2 – 5 years’ experience in Treasury flow sales.

  • Excellent understanding FX, forwards and basic options.



Relationship Manager – HNW & Investments (UAE Nationals Only)

Job Purpose:

Attract, retain and grow a new-to-bank client base for investment products and act as their trusted advisor to provide solutions and products across asset classes in order to achieve the defined fee income target.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Acquire new-to-bank clients and fresh money for investment products
  2. Achieve fee income target from sales of investment products
  3. Conduct detailed risk-assessment and suitability assessment of clients and offer products that are aligned to the client’s risk profile.
  4. Take responsibility of error-free execution of investment transactions and for resolving client service requests in coordination with Investment Operations, on an ongoing basis.
  5. Manage relationship with investment clients on an ongoing basis and provide regular market and portfolio updates in order to increase engagement with clients and increase investments business
  6. Have a clear understanding of investments business, global capital markets and latest macro-economic trends and developments in the financial markets in order to provide a high quality of advice to clients and act as their trusted advisor
  7. Manage the inherent conflict in the job requirement – client needs and risk appetite versus achieving revenue targets
  8. Explore cross-sell opportunities within the investments client base for different products and services of the bank.
  9. Stay updated about Investment Products and Solutions being offered by the bank. Where required, create bespoke solutions in coordination with the Investment Team in Treasury.
  10. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements


UAE national with family book


Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or Science with CISI qualification or equivalent


5 to 8 years’ experience in the investments sales/relationship management

Should have existing UAEN / Arab Expats HNWI / UNHWI Portfolio

Good verbal and written command of English and Arabic ( Preferred)
